The Clydeside Tour
Learn about the whisky industry and Glasgow’s history at Clydeside Distillery, featuring live footage and animation bringing the story to life. Your guide will discuss the production process at the distillery, including malting, mashing, fermentation, and distillation. See the copper wash and spirit still and admire the view down the River Clyde. Head into the tasting room where you'll experience the development of the Clydeside spirit. Taste three wee drams and experience first-hand how different casks impart unique flavours form the foundations of Clydeside Distillery single malt whisky. The distillery's silent season will take place from Friday, 19th September to Monday, 6th October 2025. During this period, production will be paused; however, tours will continue as normal with full access to the distillery. Guests may stop by the onsite whisky bar before or after the tour to enjoy a cocktail, beer, tea, or coffee along with some light bites.
