Gaze at the Eiger on a roundtrip escapade to Jungfraujoch, dubbed the 'Top of Europe,' which houses the highest railway station on the continent, at an altitude of 3454 meters. The journey from Grindelwald to Eigergletscher station is nothing short of a spectacle. Hop on the 'Eiger Express' cable car for a brisk 15-minute ride on this contemporary wonder, with a view of the 1800-meter-high Eiger North Face. At the Eiger Glacier, transition to the cogwheel train for a journey through the rugged mountain ranges of Eiger and Mönch, culminating in Jungfraujoch.

Older than the dinosaurs, it took Mother Nature eons to carve out this incredible canyon. The Upper Grindelwald Glacier sits 1,400 meters (4,600 ft) above sea level, making it one of the lowest glaciers in the Swiss Alps. You can now walk one kilometer into the gorge via a wooden walkway and explore the unique rock formations and tunnels. There's also information points along the way so you can learn about the unique history of Glacier Canyon. **Expect plenty of beauty.** Inside the canyon, rushing water cascades freely from the mountains into the Lütschine River below, sometimes causing a sudden rush of wind through the canyon and a rapid temperature flux as rays of light reflect along the steep walls. Depart for an early-morning drive past five different mountain lakes to the idyllic Bernese Oberland. After a photo stop in the town of Interlaken, journey on to the mountain resort of Grindelwald. From the village centre, take the aerial cableway up to Mt First, where many different summit attractions are. Venture on the First Cliff Walk by Tissot and enjoy views of the cliff face from the 40 m long single-rope suspension bridge at dizzying heights.
