Your day begins with learning how individually steeped botanicals and precision blending contribute to the freshness and purity of **artisan gins**. Sit down to a personally curated gin flight on level 4 of The d'Arenberg Cube. Next, make your way down to the spectacular **Singapore Circus**. Comfortably seated in a distinctive high-backed chair among an eclectic collection of art and curiosities, you will enjoy a casual two-course lunch from the team.

Blend and bottle your own wine, then enjoy an eight course food and wine degustation at d'Arry’s Verandah Restaurant. d'Arry's menus are guided by the seasons, showcasing the finest produce from the Fleurieu Peninsula at its mouth-watering best. The Blending Bench is a hands-on, interactive experience where you play winemaker, then take home a bottle of your favourite blend. Working with three barrel samples of single vineyard wine, each with distinctive flavours, be guided through the blending process to create your own personalised Shiraz. The physical work is done - the picking, fermenting, foot treading and basket pressing - and now it's up to you to create something truly unique. Once you’ve selected your final blend, bottle a 750ml sample and take it home to show off to your friends.
