Visit the onsite shop offering local specialties. ** There are two tasting options (depending on selection)**: * Classic Tasting: Includes four types of Modena PGI Balsamic Vinegar (one aged and one reserve), two types of traditional Modena PDO Balsamic Vinegar aged 12 and 25 years, and two toppings with different aging periods. * Prestige Tasting: Includes everything offered in the classic tasting, along with Parmigiano Reggiano, sweet and sour jams made with Balsamic Vinegar, Balsamic Pearls, and a liqueur or glass of wine.
