Visit Umeda Sky Building’s Kuchu Teien Observatory in Osaka Umeda. This observatory spans three levels: the 39th, 40th, and the rooftop. Take a ride on the glass-walled escalator from the 35th to the 39th floor, a popular location for photos. On the 40th floor, find an indoor observation area with a 35-meter-long glass counter.
