A guide will explain the history of Edinburgh's first single malt distillery in over a century and show you how they make Height of Arrows Gin with three key ingredients. Taste the gin and learn about its flavor development process. See how the distillery uses heritage and specialty malts, and alternative yeasts to create single malts.
