Start at the statue of Francisco Goya, where you’ll meet your guide and get an introduction to the Prado Museum before going inside. The tour will include 15–20 masterpieces, such as Las Meninas, and covers the works of Velazquez, Goya, Bosch, and others. Afterward, take a 30-minute break to visit the gift shop or get a snack. Next, walk through the Literary Quarter and visit Plaza Mayor, while your guide shares stories of Madrid’s history. Then, visit Sobrino de Botín, world’s oldest restaurant, for a tour of its underground tunnels and historic kitchens before they open to the public. Finish with a 3-course lunch that includes suckling pig roasted in old ovens, seasonal sides, dessert, and Rioja wine. Get tips for the rest of your stay in Madrid from your guide.
