About This Experience
How does something so small become so beautiful? Victorian businessmen with curled moustaches and top hats probably asked themselves this at the turn of the century, back when they made the fruit of the cocoa bean a major industry in York. Learn how York's great confectionary families created the iconic bars we know today such as the KitKat, Terry's Chocolate Orange, and the self-titled Yorkie. You'll even try your hand at making your own chocolate-based creation and see how it tastes!
